I began my journey in fitness and service by joining the United States Marine Corps at 18. It was during my time in the Marines that I developed a passion for weight training and physical conditioning—something that stuck with me well after my service. After the military, I became a firefighter paramedic, where I continued to stay active and focused on staying in top physical shape.
I started training my wife and a few family members, and that hands-on experience inspired me to become a certified personal trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). Since then, I’ve had the opportunity to train clients from all walks of life—retirees looking to stay mobile and healthy, youth athletes wanting to improve their performance, and everyone in between. My background in military service, emergency response, and fitness has given me a unique perspective on discipline, safety, and effective training for all fitness levels.
I offer several options for training, and for that reason cost is going to vary from person to person. My 50 minute private training sessions begin at $65.00, and I offer packages of 10 or 20 sessions. I also offer several convenient monthly training memberships and those begin at $45.00/month.
